Jumping rope is one of my #1 exercises for losing weight quickly. Adding a sweat suit or thermals to this exercise is a great idea also. This helps burn calories even faster.

For many professional boxers rope work as they refer to it, is a huge part of their training. This is because this particular exercise works many things. Cardio, build muscles, build stamina and endurance, even betters your coordination.

Finding a rope is easy and inexpensive. You can find a rope much like this one at you local sporting goods store. I paid $8.00 bucks for this particular rope and its been more than effective for more rope routine as demonstrated in the video above.

Remember to have a great looking stomachs with tight developed abs, you must find a good cardio workout that burns calories and increases your metabolism.

Personally one thing I love to do to enhance my rope jumping experience is adding some good music to my workout routine. This can help motivate and also help you establish a rythm to your jumps depending on your coordination.

When starting don't think you have to do any fancy jumping or tricks if you are a beginner. Just keep the jumps basic and from time to time increase and decrease your pace. Jumping rope has long been one of the best full body exercises you can do and it's still as affective as it's allways been.
